Madhya Pradesh NEET PG Counselling : The Department of Medical Education (DME) on behalf of the Government of Madhya Pradesh conducts MP NEET PG counselling 2024 to provide admission into MD/MS/MDS and PG Diploma courses in medical/dental colleges. Qualifying NEET PG is mandatory to participate in the counselling. MP NEET PG/NEET MDS counselling is usually conducted in two rounds. A third round, also called the mop-up round, is conducted only if seats are left vacant upon the conclusion of the second round of MP PG medical 2024 counselling.

Eligibility Criteria in Madhya Pradesh NEET PG Counselling 2024
- Domicile: Candidates must be in a domicile of Madhya Pradesh to be eligible for the first round of MP NEET PG Counselling 2024.
- Non-Domicile: Candidates who are not domiciled in Madhya Pradesh and have completed their MBBS degree from a college outside MP can apply only after Round One. They will be allotted seats only after MP Domicile candidates are allotted seats in MP PG medical admission.
- Academic: The applicants must have completed their MBBS degree from a medical college recognized by the NMC.
- Exam: Qualified for the NEET PG 2024.
- Internship: Completed their mandatory one-year internship.
- Registration: The candidate must have NMC or SMC registration.

Madhya Pradesh NEET PG Counselling 2024 Procedure
The entire counselling process can be best possible explained by the following steps mentioned below.
Step 1 Registration:
- Go to the official website of the DME, Madhya Pradesh.
- At the home page look for the ‘Candidate Corner’ tab and click on ‘Create Profile’.
- Enter the name, Mobile Number, and Email ID as per NEET PG 2024 application form to generate the login credentials.
- Log in with the credential received in the mail with the MP NEET PG application number.
- Complete the application form with the required details such as category, gender, and academic information in the respective fields.
- Upload the required documents in the format mandated by DME, MP.
- Verify and submit the application form to complete the registration.
Step 2 Pay Application Fee: After registration is completed the candidate needs to pay the online fee.
- After submitting the details option to pay the ‘Application Fee’ will be visible.
- The MP NEET PG Counselling fee is Rs. 500 irrespective of category according to the previous year.
- Select the payment method on the online payment portal.
- Confirm payment and download the fee receipt.
- Candidates need to download and print a copy of the MP NEET PG application form.

Step-3 :- Merit Declaration
DME releases a list of the candidates who registered for the counselling of MP NEET PG 2024 and were found to be eligible for it. Candidates who have been included in this list are the only ones entitled to participate in the first and second round of MP NEET PG/MDS counselling.
Candidates whose names appear on the MP NEET PG state merit list are eligible to participate in the MP NEET PG Counselling 2024 choice-filling procedure. The MP NEET PG State Merit List 2024 will contain the following details of qualified candidates:

Step-3:- Online Choice filling
Candidates are advised to go through the fee structure of all the colleges and courses before filling them in the preference form. They must not fill choices—if allotted to them—they will not be able to join such institutes. Also, a candidate is free to fill in as many choices as they want in the preference form.
Locking the choices before the last date is important. If a candidate fails to lock the choices filled, the system will take into account the last choices that were saved by the candidate.
Step-4:- Seat allotment
he competent authority allocates seats on the basis of the choices filled by the candidates and their position in the state merit list. Individual seat allotment lists are released for each round of MP NEET PG 2024 counselling.
