- Native of Tamil Nadu AND MBBS from any state, FMGs (or)
- MBBS from the State of Tamil Nadu, AND CRRI in the State of Tamil Nadu, AND registered
with Tamil Nadu State Medical Council
Reservations in Govt. Quota seats only for Tamil Nadu native candidates

- Candidates from all over India including FMGs
Condition 2 : NRI – (Maximum 15% of total seats of the Institute)
